If your surgery is cancelled or there is a change in anesthetists who are not associated with Southern Anaesthetic Services or Southern Medical Solutions, a refund will be processed in the same way as payment was made. If a refund is being made, one of our staff members will contact you to obtain your details to process your refund. If you are contacted by one of our staff members, they will know the details of your operation and account and these details will be used to verify who we are. At no time will we ask you to provide any passwords. If you are ever unsure of the credentials of the person who is calling you, please do not give out any details and call our office on 02 8795 0892.
